Website terms
These terms apply to use of the Northline Assembly website. A separate written agreement sets the scope and terms of any software assignment.
Website information
These pages describe software development for insurance businesses. General explanations and illustrative records are not insurance advice, a policy offer, a premium quotation or a determination of cover. Northline’s software services do not give it an insurer’s or broker’s authority.
Examples of policy terms, submissions and documents explain application behavior. The insurance business remains responsible for its insurance decisions and the rules it supplies for the application. This website does not provide legal or tax advice.
Inquiries and assignments
Making a call does not create an engagement or authorize access to a system. The parties must agree the scope, responsibilities, fees and working arrangements before an assignment begins. Arrangements for credentials, confidential handling and personal data should be agreed before relevant material is provided.
Illustrative controls
The policy-history and submission illustrations use constructed examples. Their controls operate within the page and do not submit policyholder or business information to Northline. They are not live client systems.
Use and ownership
You may use the website for ordinary business research. Do not disrupt it, seek unauthorized access or use its contact details for unlawful or abusive purposes. The site’s content and brand materials are protected by the rights that apply to them.
Photographs, footage and fonts may have separate owners and license terms. The sources page identifies the photographic material. A photograph does not imply an affiliation, client relationship or office at the location shown.
Availability and applicable rights
Information may change or contain an error, and access may be interrupted. External website operators are responsible for their own content and practices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Northline is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website information or an interruption to the site. Nothing here excludes a responsibility or right that the law does not permit the parties to exclude.
The written agreement sets the terms for an assignment, including any governing-law and dispute provisions. Questions about this website can be directed to +1 (475) 286-6520 or 615 Main Street, Nashville, TN 37206, United States.
